At the end...when i die, just think that we are asleep for a time. |
"Holy Sonnet 4" by John Donne | Italian form. About death and meeting God at the Last Judgement. Every person who died will meet God and every living person will be judged. at the volta he asks for mercy for them, and asks God to teach him how to repent his sins, because he knows if he can do that, he's definitely going to heaven. |
