Cognitive Representation the ability to form mental models of the world we live in (representative maps that humans create and refer to later in certain circumstances)
Schema provides a guide for how one should act in a certain situation with a specific person
Prototype the most typical representative example of a person or concept (eg phonics cards - apple is always red, stars always yellow)

Interpersonal Scripts a relatively fixed sequence of events you expect to occur; functions as a guide or template for how to act in particular situations (seeing someone you know outside of class- small talk)

Label once you place people or categories into groups, you assign a label to the category

Self-serving Bias when we tend to give ourselves more credit than is due when good things happen, and we accept too little responsibility for those things that go wrong
Fundamental Attribution Error we tend to attribute other's negative behavior to internal causes (such as their personality) and their positive behavior to external causes (such as the situation)
