Asthma diagnosed when NO extrinsic factor can be identified. Result of factors such as emotional stress, exercise or fatigue.

Flat diaphragms increased intercostal spacebradiolucency

Severe persistent asthma treated with

Corticosteroids and long acting B2 adrenergics

Rescue inhalers are

Albuterol,vxopenex

Status asthmatics may get treated with

Mechanical ventilation because ot dosent respond to meds
