| Aries | "The Ram." The King of Thessaly's children Phrixus and Helle were beaten by their stepmother. Hermes sent the ram to carry them to safety. Helle fell off and died between the narrow strip of water seperating Asia and Europe (now called Hellespont). Phrixus sacrificed the ram and gave it to a dragon. It's wool would later be found by Jason and the Argonauts. This is a Zodiac sign. |
