katarzynarocks : who are you?
rangersapprentice101 : Knox.... I run Christian Debates and Future Authors of the World
rangersapprentice101 : I don't have a problem with you posting this, but what do you mean by calling this "basic catholicism"... of course catholics have many rituals, so what is this?
rangersapprentice101 : I'm a staunch protestant by the way
katarzynarocks : well, many catholics do not know there own faith, so i made the basic catholicism sets
katarzynarocks : also, many non Catholics are MAJORLY misinformed about Catholicism
katarzynarocks : and many of the books about Catholicism that are used to teach in school have wrong information
rangersapprentice101 : I'm asking what this particular poem is for
katarzynarocks : this is a traditional irish blessing, i like it alot

Basic Catholicism

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
Go n-éirí an bóthar leat
Go raibh an ghaoth go brách ag do chúl
Go lonraí an ghrian go te ar d'aghaidh
Go dtite an bháisteach go mín ar do pháirceanna
Agus go mbuailimid le chéile arís,
Go gcoinní Dia i mbos A láimhe thú.
