John Berzelius Came up with the periodic table and put them in order.
John Dalton Came up with the atomic theory.
Boiling point The temperature that a liquid boils at.
Freezing point The point in which liquid freezes at.
Condensation When water forms on something.
Evaporation When water evaporates into the air.
Dew point The point in which dew forms on the ground.
Melting point The point in which something melts at.
Atom A very small thing that everything is made out of.
nucleus The inside of an atom that is like the control center of something.
Matter Has mass and takes up space.
Reactant A chemical substance that is present at the start of a chemical reaction.
Solid A solid thing that has a definite volume and doesn't take the shape of its container.
Gas Atom bouncing around wildly random motion, and takes the shape of its container.
Chemical property a property used to characterize materials in reactions that change their identity
Physical property a property used to characterize physical objects
Electron Negatively charged part of an atom. Has almost no mass.
Element Part of the periodic table and can react with other elements to make new things.
