the transfer of heat through a fluid (liquid or gas) caused by molecular motion

radiation

energy that is radiated or transmitted in the form of rays or waves or particles

greenhouse effect

process by which atmospheric gases trap heat close to Earth's surface and prevent it from escaping into space.

Albedo

The fraction of total radiation that is reflected by any surface.

Isoterms

Lines that connect points that have the same temperature.
