Learning Approach | Personality is determined by how a person has been raised by their environment. For example, reenforcement, motivation, or following someone you look up to. |
Humanistic Approach | Based on self-esteem and self awareness. A personality is shaped by how a person perceives their environment. Also, a person worries about their basic needs first, and seeks acceptance and achievement. Personality adapts to what level we are at. |
Sociocultural Approach | Focuses on ethnicity, gender, and culture, making up a large part of a personality. Culture is a result of the environment which shapes your personality |
