Function: Flexes head.

Longus Capitis

Innervation: Cervical Plexus C1-C4
Function: Turns head sideways. Bends head forward.

Longus Colli

Innervation: Cervical + Brachial Plexus C1-C8
Function: Bend cervical spine forward.
