conductor a matierial that can let energy pass through. EX: copper is used in electrical wires that power almost all of our buildings.
insulator a matierial that can stop energy and send it back. EX: rubber is used to coat copper wires so you can touch it safely.
proton the positve charge in an atom.
nuetron the nuetral charge in an atom.
electron the negative charge in an atom.
parallel circuit a circuit in which if one item is removed, the others will stay on.
sieries circuit a circuit in which if one item is removed, all of the others will go out.
