Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang (blood moving) blood stagnation: head area- stroke. strong qi tonifying herbs b/c blood stagnation is caused by qi deficiency. CH: Huang Qi (high dose)
Shi Xiao San (blood moving) treats menstruation pain, blood stagnation in LJ w/ cold. a warm & moving formula. CH: Bu Huan
Cang Er Zi San (blood moving) wind attack: nose (stuffed nose/nasal discharge) esp. W-H type nose problem. (w/c is ok sometimes.) slightly toxic, short term use.
Ping Wei San (damp-phlegm treatments) damp retention with qi stagnation
Wu Ling San damp-retention in BL, H2O stagnation in bladder. also releases exterior attack.
Er Miao San (damp-phlegm HEAT) Damp-heat attacking the LJ, abnormal urination
Ling Gui Zhu Gan Tang (damp-phlegm COLD) Cold-damp retention, mainly in chest area, shortness of breath, chest tightness, palpitations, cough out clear phlegm, dizzy/vertigo.

Xia Cheng Qi Tang (draining) mild, less heal less dryness, distention, fullness, constipation. CH: Da Huang
Xiao Chai Hu Tang (*) (harmonize) alternate chills & fever, bitter taste, hypochondriac pain, wiry pulse, white greasy tongue. CH: Chai Hu
Si Ni San (harmonize) Harmonize shao yang and move LR qi stagnation + emotional stuff. Qi cannot reach the extremities. CH: Chai Hu
Chai Hu Shu Gan San strongest LR Qi moving, hypochondriac pain CH: Chai Hu
Ban Xia Xie Xin Tang cold & heat stagnation in MJ. guide downward. Disharmony in ST area. Sx: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, more heat overall.
Dang Gui Bu Xu Tang (tonify blood) SUDDEN BLOOD LOSS: nourishes blood through qi. CH: Huang Qi. Heat Sx will be false heat.
Si Wu Tang * trauma & pain
Blood deficiency & Blood stasis.
Shen Ling Bai Zhu San *((tonify) Sp Qi xu with damp-retention. Sx: chronic, damp-cold type diarrhea. CH: Si Jun Zi Tang
Suan Zao Ren Tang Calm spirit by tonifying LR bood and clear heat. Sx: irritability, disturbed sleep, insomnia, palpitations, heavy beating + yin xu Sx.
Gan Mai Da Zao Tang irritated pattern. HT, Sp, LR due to Yin deficiency. Shifting emotional states. LR blood xu & LR Qi stagnation.
Li Zhong Wan (int warming) acute/chronic MJ cold pattern CC: abdominal pain w/cold vomiting or cold diarrhea
Xiao Jian Zhong Tang (int warming) Nourish MJ deficient cold type
Si Ni Tang (int warming) yang collapse, extremely icy cold hands & feet
Bai Hu Tang (heat clearing) yangming heat 4 BIGS: fever, thirst, sweat, pulse.

SX: bleed, cool blood to stop bleeding, move blood to stop stagnation.
Sang Xing Tang (dryness) dry mouth, tongue, skin, nose + W/H Sx.
Si Shen Wan (astringe) day break diarrhea
Ma Huang Tang Release exterior & arrest wheezing. W/C Attack
Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang Release heat from Lu & ST organs, move to surface. A little deeper W/C attack. Sx: High fever, little or no chills, NO Sweating, wheezing/cough.
Gui Zhi Tang Release exterior W/C attack. Harmonize ying & wei.
Gui Zhi, Bai Shao, Sheng Jiang, Da Zao. spontaneous sweating.
Modifications: coughing & wheexing + Hu Po & Xing Ren
Yin Qiao San W/H attack, clean toxins, drain fire.
Chuan Xiong Cha Tian San disperses wind, alleviates pain, stop HA. Esp. wandering HA.
