Martin Van Buren | His presidency was characterized by the economic hardships of the time. Only served one term.Fun Fact: Only President to not speak English as his first language. |
William Harrison | Part of the Whig party. First President to die in office. Served the shortest tenure in Presidential history. |
John Tyler | Part of the Whig party, and opposed nationalism. Dedicated much of his time to the annexation of Texas. |
