Ionization Energy	Amount of energy required to remove an electron from an atom
Ground State	The lowest energy state of an atom
Excited State	A state in which an atom has more energy than it does at its ground state
Bohr Model	model of the atom in which electrons move rapidly around the nucleus in paths called orbits
Quantum Leap	When electron skips rounds n levels
Energy	Capacity to do work
Frequency	How constant energy goes
Light	Visible to White (Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet)
Electromagnetic Spectrum	Complete range of waves from radio waves to gamma rays
Quantum Theory	Electrons have been assigned spots in the atoms- not random
Quantum	A small, discrete packet of light energy
