Flexor Digitorum Longus

O: middle 2/3 of the posterior surface of the fibula
I: base of the distal phalanx of the great toe; plantar surface
A: FLX of the great toe at the MTP and IP joints, foot inversion, PF

Flexor Hallucis Longus

O: head and upper 2/3 of the lateral surface of the fibula
I: undersurfaces of the medial cuneiform and 1st metatarsal bone
A: foot eversion, PF

Peroneus (Fibularis) Longus

O: mid to lower 2/3 of the lateral surface of the fibula
I: tuberosity of the 5th metatarsal bone
A: foot eversion, PF

Peroneus (Fibularis) Brevis

O: distal 1/3 of the anterior fibula
I: tuberosity of the 5th metatarsal bone
A: foot eversion, DF

Peroneus (Fibularis) Tertius

O: lateral condyle of the tibia, head of the fibula, and upper 2/3 of the anterior surface of the fibula
I: tops of the middle and distal phalanges of the lesser four toes
A: EXT of the lesser toes at the MTP, PIP, and DIP joints, DF, foot eversion

Extensor Digitorum Longus

O: middle 2/3 of the medial surface of the anterior fibula
I: base of the distal phalanx of the great toe
A: EXT of great toe at MTP and IP joints, DF, weak inversion of the foot

Extensor Hallucis Longus

O: upper 2/3 of the lateral surface of the tibia
I: inner surface of the medial cuneiform and the base of the 1st metatarsal bone
A: DF, foot inversion
