SMART- TargetsSpecific- targets should detail precisely what your going to do. Measureable- this could, for example, be a number or time. Agreed- with your line manager. Realistic- while your targets should stretch you, they must be realistic. Time- there should be a time scale attached to achieving the target.
Action PlanA target for short, medium or long term. The way in which targets are managed is an essential factor in determining their completition
Time ManagementManaging your time so you can get the most accomplished throughout the day
Poor Time ManagementReduced Productivity, Ineffective Planning of tasks, ineffective completion of tasks
Effective Time ManagementEnsure targest are clearly defined, they are broken down into manageable pieces. Create a priorities list and tick tasks off once complete. Create an Action Plan to indicate when the deadline is for the task.
