Person Specification Document which outlines the requirements, qualifications and expertise required by the ideal candidate
Job Description a summary of the objectives of a job, the type of work to be done, the responsibilites and duties, the working conditions, and the relationship of the job to other functions
Personal Development Plan a plan which maps out how a person can develop skills and progress in his or her job.
Buddy System Where and employee is paired with a more experienced person so that help and advice can be called upon if need be
Internal Audits A type of quality system to check organisational standards and quality are being met. Usually carried out by staff external to the department
Poor Time Management an inability to meet deadlines and tasks set by you line manager
