Personal Development Plan | a plan which maps out how a person can develop skills and progress in his or her job. |
Buddy System | Where and employee is paired with a more experienced person so that help and advice can be called upon if need be |
Internal Audits | A type of quality system to check organisational standards and quality are being met. Usually carried out by staff external to the department |
Poor Time Management | an inability to meet deadlines and tasks set by you line manager |
