Federal Government The government of the whole country.
Constitution The written document that describes how our government is set up.
Preamble The introduction to the Constitution.
Founders The people who helped set up our Constitution and government.
Legislative Branch The branch of government that makes the laws.
Executive Branch The branch of government that delivers and enforces the laws.
Judicial Branch The branch of government that settles disagreements about the laws.
Senator A member of the Senate.
