cut or gather; to obtain, win (gathering where 2 are chosen to participate in the hunger games)

a druggist, pharmacist

a play or alternation of colors suggestive of a rainbow

paraffin

a white colorless, tasteless, odorless wax made from wood, coal, or petroleum and waterproofing paper

tesserae

a token worth one year supply of grain for one person

meager

deficient in quality or quality; lacking fullness or richness

racketeers

a person who engages in an illegal business dealing

sustenance

a means of support; especially food or nourishment

tribute

two teenagers who are picked to be in the hunger games

repentance

deep sorrow, or regret for something done or said

treason

the offense of acting to overthrow one's government or to harm or kill it's sovereign
