Frontalis

Origin: Epicranial aponeurosis
Insertion: skin of eyebrows and nose

Occipitalis

Origin: Superior nuchal line of occipital bone
Insertion: epicranial aponeurosis

Masseter

Origin: Zygomatic Arch
Insertion: Ramus of mandible

Obicularis oculi

Origin: Frontal and maxilla bones
