Insect

Insects are arthopods with three body sections, six legs, one pair of antennae, and usually one or two pairs of wings.

Thorax

the section to which wings or legs are attached.

Complete Metamorphosis

an animal that has four different stages.

Pupa

when a larva enters the next stage of complete metamorposis .

Gradual Metamorphosis

the second type of metamorphosis that has no distinct larval stage.

Nymph

when an egg hatches into a different stage in gradual metamorphosis.
