Contraindications: None

Indications for Atropine use: Symtomatic Bradycardia,
Asystole, Agonal, PEA (- 60 beats )
Organophosphate poisoning

Organophosphate Poisoning: 2mg IVP/IM, May repeat every 3-5 min until the Pt is breathing adequately and secretions begin to dry

Pediatric Asystol, Agonal, PEA: Do not administer to Children under 15 years old

Pediatric Brady: Bradycardia
Do not administer to Neonate < 1 month
Minimum single IV dose 0.1mg - Max single dose of 0.5
.02 mg/kg IVP, May repeat every 3-5 one time

Pediatric Organophosphate: Minimum single IV dose 0.1mg - Maximum single IV dose 2mg
.05 mg/kg IV/IM, May repeat every 5 min until the Pt is breathing adequately and secretions begin to dry
