Flexor Digitorum Profundus
Origin: ulna & interosseous membrane

Insertion: palmar base of distal phalanges of four fingers

Action: flexion of distal interphalangeal joints of fingers

Innervation: median nerve (lateral half of muscle associated with fingers 1 & 2), ulnar nerve (medial half of muscles associated with fingers 3 & 4)
