2nd Amendment

Right to bear arms

3rd Amendment

Prohibition against quartering of troops.

4th Amendment

Prohibition against search and seizure without a warrant.

5th Amendment

Protects the rights of accused persons- cannot be held.

6th Amendment

Right to a speedy trial.

7th Amendment

Provides for a jury trial in civil cases.

8th Amendment

Prohibits excessive bail, fines, or cruel and unusual punishment.

9th Amendment

Affirms rights of the people not enumerated in Constitution.

10th Amendment

Provides for reserved powers of the states.
