Even though it may be difficult, the easiest way to heaven(happiness) is by God's Will. So if we follow God's Will, it will be accomplished.
It has been said theat God's answers are wiser than our prayer. What does that mean?
It means that God sees the bigger picture; when we pray, we aren't as wise as God's plans and answers because of our ignorance and limited point of view.
