Topography

The shape of the land determined by elevation,relief,and landforms..

Elevation

The heigh above sea level..

Relief

The differnce in elevation between the hightest and lowest parts of an area.

Landform

Is a feature of topography formed by the processes that shape Earth's surface.

Landform region

A large area of land where the topography is similar.

Plain

Is a landform mode up of flat or gently rolling land with low relief.

Mountain

Is a landfrom with high elevation and high relief.

Mountain Range

Is a group of mountains that are closely related in shape, struchir and age.

Plateau

A landform that has high elevation and more or less level surface.

Lithosphere

Earth's solid rocky outer layer.

Core

Earth's dense center, made up of the solid inner core and the molten outer core.

Mantle

The layer of hot, soild material between Earth's crust and core.

Crust

Is the thin outer layer of the lithosphere that forms Earth's surface.

Rock

The crust is made up of this.

Geology

The study of the soild Earth.
