lagoon | shallow body of water which is partly or completely separated from the sea |
lake | a body of water completely surrounded by land |
mesa | a flat topped, rocky hill with steeply sloping sides (Mama Bear) |
mountain | a land mass that rises above its surroundings - more than 1,000 feet |
