| Primary Sort | Indicates the primary sort range of data. |
| Secondary Sort | Indicates the next range of data sorted. |
| Print Selection | Used to print a portion of a spreadsheet. |
| Linkied | When the target, usually a word document, is updated when the source document (spreadsheet) is edited or changed. |
| Embedded | When the spreadsheet is converted into a graphic image (snapshot) and placed in the target document. The target document does not change when the source document changes. |
