| Reciprocity | exchange; giving back in return (researchers may give a final copy of the research to the group you studied) |
| Ritual | strict repetition of the pattern of action (something you do over and over again) |
| Refugees | people chosen or forced to flee to escape persecution and/or warfare |
| Subsistence | means of staying alive (using whatever the environment produces. people will move from place to place based on the environment and time of year) |
| Worldview | a persons or societys beliefs about the universe and humankind. (group of people rather than the individual. (how you view the outside world)) |
