sexuality The quality of being sexual. Sexuality is part of the total person: physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual. Sexuality is part of who people are.
sex the biological distinction between females and males
gametes male and female sex cells. The ova and the sperm.
hormones Chemical substances that carry messages through the body in blood
conception union of an ovum and sperm, resulting in the beginning of a pregnancy. Takes place in the fallopian tube
