How well the heart and lungs supply the body's need for oxygen during sustained physical effort. Tested with the modified 3 minute step-up test.
The modified 3 minute step-up test
Three minute step ups, one minute sitting down, one minute heart rate test.
The relative proportion of fat to bone and muscle (how much of your body weight is fat)
The ability to exert maximum force, usually in a single exertion. (Like opening a jar of pickles)
The ability to repeat a particular action many times, or hold a particular position for an extended time. (Like push ups and sit ups)
The ability to flex and extend each joint through its maximum range of motion. (sit and reach)
