Temperate Climate A climate that has warm, dry summers and cold, wet winters.

Precipitation Any form of water that falls from clouds to Earth's surface.
Air Pressure The weight of air as it presses down.
Air Mass A large body of air that has the same air pressure, temperature, and moisture throughout.
Polar Climate A climate that has very cold temperatures all through the year.
