-benign skin rash that progressis to lymph nodes, lung, liver and spleen

Micro:
-Pautrier microabscesses: aggregates of atypical PAS-positive lymphs in epidermis

Sezary Syndrome

What: mycosis fungoides with a leukemic phase

*basically goes from skin to blood
