Biases Tendencies; prejudices.
Prejudices Judgments or opinions formed before the facts are known.
Inferior Lower(e.g., one product is inferior in quality to another product.)
Impatience Unwillingness to learn.
Annoyance Irritation(e.g., to feel irritated with a co-worker or patient.)
Communication Act of exchanging information.
Labeling Describing a person with a word that limits them(e.g., lazy, stupid.)
Courteous Polite; considerate toward others.
Elements The basic assumptions or principle of a subject.
Gestures Motions of a part of the body to express feelings or emotions(e.g., nodding yes or no.)
Pertinent Relating directly to the matter at hand; relevant.

Contingency Event that may occur but is not intended or likely to happen.
Observation Something that is noted or recorded.
Subjective Relating to a symptom or condition perceived by the patient and not by the examiner.

Flushed Showing reddening of the skin.
Distress Great pain or suffering.
Documentation A record of something, such as a patient's progress.
Notation The act of noting, marking, or setting down in writing.
Chart To write observations or records of patient care.
Legible Capable of being read easily.
Narrative A story or account of events.
