Wherefore, the things which are pleasing unto the world I do not write, but the things which are pleasing unto God and unto those who are not of the world.

The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light; they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined. Isaiah speaking about the land of Galilee also known as the land of the shadow of death or Zebulun and Nephtali. (Isaiah 9)
How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings; that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good; that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth; Abinadi speaking about Christ. He is speaking to King Noah and the priests.
