Exposition The part into which the background to the main conflict is introduced.
Complications First conflict to get the story started
Turning Point The point at which a very significant change occurs; a decisive moment.
Falling Action The point where the loose ends are tied up.
Denouement Final part of a play, movie, or narrative in which the strands of the plot are drawn together and matters are explained or resolved.

Setting Becomes important when the it effects the characters emotions or how he or she acts.
