Term	Definition
stream	a body of water flowing in a channel or watercourse, as a river, rivulet, or brook.
stream channel	The portion of a stream with the greatest depth. The path along which a stream is currently flowing on a flood plain.
stream bank	Moving water is held within the confines of the stream channel by the stream banks.
cave	an underground enclosure with access from the surface of the ground or from the sea
