Blastomycosis: Causes inflammatory lung disease and disseminates to skin and bone. Forms granulomatous nodules.

Coccidioidomycosis: Causes pneumonia and meningitis: can disseminate to bone and skin. Case rate increases after earthquakes because spherules in dust are thrown up into the air.

Histoplasmosis:: Histo Hides in macrophages. In bird or bat droppings.

How do you treat systemic mycoses?: Localized infection: ketoconazole or fluconazole
Systemic infection: amphotericin B
