TCAs NaHCO3 (plasma alkalinization) for QRS prolongation; diazepam or lorazempam for seizures, cardiac monitor for arrhythmias.
Theophylline Activated charcoal. Consider repeat dose.
tPA, streptokinase Aminocaproic acid.
Warfarin Vitamin K, fresh frozen plasma.
amphetamines (basic) NH4Cl (acidify urine).
