Amendment 1 Freedom of religion, speech, press, to petition and to assemble.
Amendment 2 Right to well regulated militia and to keep and bear arms.
Amendment 3 Prohibition against quartering of troops
Amendment 4 Right against unreasonable searches and seizures
Amendment 5 No double jeopardy, you don't have to testify against yourself, cannot be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law, and your property cannot be taken away without just compensation.
Amendment 6 Right to speedy and fair trial, to be informed of the nature of the accusation, to be confronted with witnesses against self, to choose own witnesses, and to have a defense lawyer.
Amendment 7 If controversy shall exceed twenty dollars you have a right to trial by jury.
Amendment 8 No excessive bail, excessive fines, or cruel punishment.
Amendment 9 Powers reserved to the people.
Amendment 10 Powers reserved to the states.
