Purposes of the sacarament of healing- | 1- healing spiritual weakness and illness2- remove sin, prepare for closer relationship with God 3- Spiritual grace: connection to God and church 4- strengthen ourselves by joining our suffering with Jesus' suffering |
Steps of Reconciliation- | 1- Realize you did something wrong and you are sorry (contrition)2- Examen of conscious 3- Confess 4- Penance (given to you) 5- Priest gives you absolution 6- Performance of penance. |

Perfect Contrition- | Sorry and want to avoid sin cause you love God |
Imperfect Contrition | You are not really sorry and perform reconciliation because you are scared of punishment. |
Absolution- | When preist assures you of God's mercy, blesses you as a person of Christ and represents the church |
