Science a process of gathering knowledge about the natural world.
Scientific Method are the ways in which scientists answer questions and solve problems.
Technology is the application of knowledge tools, and materials to solve problems and accomplish tasks.
Observation is any use of the senses to gather information.
Hypothesis is a possible explanation or answer to a question.
Data are any pieces of information acquired through experimentation.
Model is a representation of an object or system.
Theory is a unifying explanation for a broad range of hypotheses and observations that have been supported by test.
Law is a summary of many experimental results and observations.
Meter is the basic SI unit of length.
Area is a measure of how much surface an object has.
Volume is the amount of space that sometimes occupies or, as in the case of the box, the amount of space that sometimes contains.
Mass is the amount of matter that sometimes is made of.
Density is the amount of matter in a given volume.
Temperature is a measurement of how hot (or cold) something is.
