Any assault, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, sexual assault, sexual battery, stalking, aggravated stalking, kidnapping, false imprisonment, or any criminal offense resulting in physical injury or death of one family member or household member by another family or household member.

Domestic violence

The intentional act resulting in or the intentional infliction of physical or mental injury upon a child.

Child abuse

A first-degree felony that occurs when a person either commits aggravated battery on a child; tortures, maliciously punishes, or cages a child; or knowingly or willfully abuses a child and in doing so causes great bodily harm, permanent disability, or permanent disfigurement to the child.

Aggravated child abuse

Occurs when a caregiver omits or fails to provide a child with the care, supervision, and services necessary to maintain the child's physical and mental health.
