Bone-In Ribeye: Description Our most flavorful steak made even more flavorful by leaving it on the bone. Served with 2 sides and peppercorn sauce.
Sirloin K-Bob: Portion Sizes 1 K-Bob--8 oz of meat
Sirloin K-Bob: Description Homemade marinated cubes of sirloin, red peppers, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, and a mushroom cap, served on a bed of rice. choice of one side item.
Road Kill: Portion Sizes 10 oz
Road Kill: Description Chopped steak topped with sauteed mushrooms, onions, and jack cheese. Can only be cooked medium well and well done; served with 2 sides.
Prime Rib: Portion Sizes 10oz, 12oz, and 16oz
Prime Rib: Description Our ribeye meat, which is slow roasted for 3 1/2- 4 1/2 hours. We do not precut our prime rib, so once we run out, we are out for the entire evening. Serving with 2 side items.
