Amendment 1 Freedom of Speech, Religion, Press, Assembly, and Petition
Amendment 2 Right to Bear Arms - People have the right to have guns
Amendment 3 Quartering Troops - No soldiers can stay at your house without your permission
Amendment 4 Search and Seizure - Must have probable cause and a search warrant to conduct a search
Amendment 5 Rights of Accused Persons - Taking the 5th , double jeopardy, due process
Amendment 6 Right to a Speedy, Public Trail - Right to a lawyer, informed of your charges, impartial jury, witness in your favor
Amendment 7 Trail by Jury in Civil Cases - There can be a jury in a civil trial
Amendment 8 Limits of Fines and Punishment - The Punishment must fit the crime
Amendment 9 Rights of People - Rights listed in the Constitution do not deny other rights
Amendment 10 Powers of the States - powers not given to the federal government belong to the states
Amendment 13 Abolished Slavery
Amendment 14 guarantees citizenship and rights to all people born or naturalized in the US
Amendment 15 guarantees the right to vote to all citizens regardless of race
