Brain Gain | The opposite of brain drain; opening up new opportunities and bringing business experience and special skills |

Diaspora | the dispersion or spreading of something that was originally localized (as a people or language or culture) |

Unauthorized immigrant | An international migrant residing in the host country of destination who is not a citizen of the host country and has not been admitted for permanent residence |
Deportation | the expulsion from a country of an undesirable alien |
Repatriation | A refugee or group of refugees returning to their home country, usually with the assistance of government or a non-governmental organization |
Genocide | deliberate extermination of a racial or cultural group |
