V(plain past)+ばかり have just done something; have just finished doing something
あの used when both the speaker and the hearer are familiar wither a person or thing in question
その used when only the speaker or the hearer are familiar with an item
V(plain)+ようになる indicates a change which has taken place or will take place (なる for verbs)
なあ sentence final particle of exclamation, generally used to state ones feeling emphatically or ones wish emotively (monologue)
