Overweight Excess body weight when compared to a given standard such as height or body fat
Obesity A chronic disease characterized by an excessively high amount of body fat (about 20% above recommended weight or BMI at or above 30)
Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) Lowest level of caloric intake necessary to sustain life
Low Intensity During low intensity greater proportion of calories burned come from fat
High Intensity Triggers greater fat loss than low intensity exercise. (you can burn twice as many calories and more fat as well)
