Projectile Motion the curved path of a thrown object near Earth's surface
Weight a measure of the gravitational force exerted on an object
Orbit the path of one object around another in space
Centripetal Force an unbalanced force that causes objects to move in a circular path
Free Fall the motion of a body when only gravity acts on it
Mass a measure of the amount of matter in an object
Gravity a force of attraction between objects that is due to their masses and the distance between the objects
Terminal Velocity the constant velocity of a falling object when the force of gravity is balanced by air resistance
