Apt	suitable or likely
unheralded	Unexpected: unforeseen; unannounced
enrapture	To delight intensely; enchant; captivate
dog	To follow persistently like a dog, especially in a troublesome way: hound.
impunity	Exemption or freedom from punishment, harm, or loss.
allusion	...an indirect reference to a well-known person, place, event, literary work, or work of art.
trove	Valuable find: collection of priceless items.
delineate	Describe in detail.
swath	Strip or space the width of a mowing machine. Also, figuratively, a forceful impression.
reconstitute	To reconstruct: reorganize. Also, to restore dehydrated food or drink by adding liquid.
demented	affected with a severe impairment of intellectual capacity.
defunct	Stripped of authority or purpose.
ebullient	The joyful woman's ebullient attitude was contagious.
stereotype	A standardized mental picture or oversimplified / prejudiced opinion that is held by one group of another group.
spurious	false; not authentic.
contrite	Crushed in spirit by a feeling of remorse or guilt.
sacrosanct	Inviolable, holy
atrophy	Wasting away
minuscule	Very small
hyperbole	Exaggeration expressing a strong impression and not to be taken literally.
minion	Contemptuous term for a fawning (weak) follower or attendant.
precarious	Uncertain; open to chance; risky.
vehement	Showing intensity of feeling or expression.
fickle	Marked by lack of steadfastness or stability; given to erratic changeableness. Indecisive.
pacifism	Opposition to force under any circumstance, specifically: refusal to participate in war.
substantiated	To establish by proof or competent evidence.
knave	a dishonest, deceitful person, rogue.
conspiratorial	An unlawful plot.
compulsive	A strong, irresistible impulse to do something.
ambiguous	Having several possible meanings; obscure:
