Yue ju wan
Focal distension, fullness in the abd and chest, hypochondriac distension and pain, belching, vomiting, indigestion, acid regurgitation, nausea, reduced appetite, distending breast or abd pain, dysmenorrheal, possible cough w/ copious sputum. T: purple, red or dusky w/ greasy white or yellow coat. P: slippery & wiry pulse, possibly rapid.

Gua lou xie bai bai jiu tang Chest oppression with difficulty lying down or breathing, phlegm in lungs, chest breasts, copious sputum,
Ban xia hou po tang Plum pit qi, fullness, oppression or stifling sensation in the chest & hypochondria, cough w/ white sputum, nausea & vomiting, can't swallow, hypochondriac pain. T: dusky or normal w/ greasy or moist white coat. P: wiry and slippery
Tian tai wu yao san Lower abd pain which radiates into the groin or into the testicles, dysmenorrhea, swelling in the testicles. T: pale. P: wiry or slow and submerged (deep).
Su zi jiang qi tang Coughing & wheezing with watery copious sputum, stifling sensation in the chest & diaphragm, SOB, labored inhalation smooth exhalation. T: white coating, slippery or greasy. P: soggy, or weak in the chi positions. Additional: weakness in lower back & legs, edema of the extremities and fatigue
Ding chuan tang Coughing & wheezing with copious, thick & yellow sputum, labored breathing. T: greasy, yellow coat. P: slippery, rapid. May have simultaneous fever & chills.
Ju pi zhu ru tang Hiccup, nausea, dry heaves or retching, vomiting. T: tender, red. P: rapid, deficient.
Vomiting due to chemo.
Yue ju wan Constraint due to stagnant qi
Chai hu shu gan san Constraint and clumping of the liver qi
Chai hu shu gan san Treats various types of abd pain, dysmenorrhea and back pain
Gua lou xie bai bai jiu tang unblocks the yang, promotes the movement of qi and expels phlegm
Ban xia hou po tang constrained qi and phlegm dampness
Ban xia hou po tang plum pit qi, in severe cases there will also be coughing and vomiting
Tian tai wu yao san Cold invading the liver channel and causing qi stagnation
Su zi jiang qi tang Congested fluids with kidney xu
Su zi jiang qi tang Abundance above and deficiency below
Ding chuan tang Wind cold constraining the exterior and phlegm heat in the interior
Ju pi zhu ru tang St xu with heat from constraint
Ju pi zhu ru tang Treats vomiting due to debility after a prolonged illness. Focuses on directing rebellious qi downward by resolving constraint
